One of our Photographers will drive to the property to take photos of your home/listing for you.
We ask that the listing agent or the owner be present, but we also have a Supra Key to make the scheduling easier.
This is how we work:
- We take High Resolution photos (around 750kb per photo which is large enough for brochure printing - higher resolution available on demand)
- We will upload the photos to the server for you to download. You can use them for the MLS, for brochure advertising or anything you seem fit. These photos will get deleted from the server after 10 days.
- If you opted and paid for "Photos including slide-show for MLS", in addition to supplying you with a set of high-quality photos, we will resize and optimize each photo and create a slide-show that is optimized for Computer Displays. We will then provide you with a link for the virtual tour section of the MLS. All you need to do is copy and paste that link into the appropriate field in the TEMPO screen and the slide-show will show in the MLS for home buyers to see. Each slide-show photo will be watermarked with HomePhotoPro.com
Once we resized and optimized each photo, we will upload them and leave them on the server for at least 18 months giving enough time for your listing to sell.

of all rooms and from different view points, giving the viewer a good idea of what the home
